We use farm-fresh eggs that are handpicked to whip up separate small batches of whoopee pie batter, after which enriched cocoa butter or red velvet color is blended in to produce the perfect cake. A touch of mint in the buttercream is then infused in the mini pies and iced with caramelized frosting.
