Instructions:
These seeds grow slowly, so we recommend using the following to sow the seeds:
Mammillaria seeds are small and need to be planted at the surface of the soil, and can use a very light later of soil over the seeds. Plant these seeds in well draining succulent or cactus planting medium. Place them in a bright and warm spot(at least 70F). Placing a plastic covering over the seeds until they sprout helps maintain a good humidity and warmth level- it can be removed once the sprouts start to show up.
Most seeds will germinate within a month, but wait some time for all the seeds to germinate- there may be some stragglers! Make sure the sprouts don’t receive much direct sunlight for the first couple of months, after which they can be exposed gradually to more light.
