At Dream Dragons, we're committed to delivering your personalized treasures safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within a few working days, ~ mostly between 1 and 3 working days.
Processing Production Time
All personalized items are made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our personalized items are custom-made specifically for you, they require additional production time before they are ready to ship. Please allow extra time for these items to be crafted with care.
- Standard Processing: 1-3 business days for production
- Peak Seasons: 4-5 business days (holidays and special occasions)
- Rush Orders: Contact us for expedited production availability
Processing time begins after your order is placed and personalization details are confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order enters production.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Free Worldwide Shipping
We currently offer free shipping to all destinations worldwide with tracking provided on every order. Orders are fulfilled locally wherever possible through our production partners in the UK, USA, EU, and China.
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days after dispatch (UK production)
- Europe: 3-7 business days after dispatch (EU production)
- United States: 2-5 business days after dispatch (US production)
- Rest of World: 7-12 business days after dispatch (depending on location)
Delivery times are estimates based on our delivered orders over the past years, and may vary during peak periods, customs processing, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package's journey directly through the carrier's website or in your Dream Dragons account.
International Orders
We ship to customers around the world! Please note:

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are typically the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. However, we understand these unexpected costs can be frustrating. If you receive a customs charge, please contact us with your order number and customs invoice - we'll work with you to help reduce or cover these fees whenever possible. While we can't guarantee full reimbursement in every case, our production partners have agreed to assist with customs charges when they occur.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing times vary by country and may add additional days to delivery.
- Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal codes and phone numbers for smooth customs clearance.
Multiple Locations & Fulfilment
We work with trusted production and fulfilment partners around the world to ensure your personalized gifts are produced and shipped as efficiently as possible. We ship locally wherever we can, with production partners strategically located in the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, and China. Depending on your location, the warehouse stock levels and product type, your order will be fulfilled from the facility closest to you or the facility with the fastest delivery to optimize delivery speed and reduce shipping times.
Shipping Restrictions
While we ship worldwide, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If we're unable to ship to your location, we'll contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your personalized items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages)
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage
- We'll work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund
