Refund policy
14-Day Return Window
For all non-personalized items, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be aware that all personalized name items are final sale. Because these pieces are custom-made specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including the European Union 14-day cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a return, your non-personalized item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused.
- With all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us.
If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized and POD print on demand Items: Any product featuring a custom name or specific personalization and any product that is printed on demand to fulfil your order that is not held on stock by our printing partners or us.
- Custom Products: Special orders or unique commissions.
- Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.
- Personal Care Goods: Beauty products or hygiene-sensitive items.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items. For eligible items, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
